| The Refrig in the Room did not work. The A/C in the Room did not work. We were better off opening the glass balcony door. However, the A/C in the huge Lobby area worked great and I am sure the staff enjoyed it. The Safe in the room did not work. The ATM in the Lobby did not work. The Pool looked great but was closed. The room had a Great balcony view but no chairs on the balcony!
Lots of free parking, big rooms, good breakfast. |

| Internet access costs extra and you can pay for either 1 hour or 24, nothing in between. If you really need the internet access this hotel is no longer as competitively priced as it first appeared. Otherwise it is touted as the best hotel in the area. One of the best restaurants in the area is right next door. Plenty of parking, which is convenient if you are driving. |

| This hotel is perfect for those who have a rental car and can pop into Toledo whenever they want. Its literally 3 minutes in a car, but you definitely need a car because the road into Toledo is a motorway and you simply couldn't walk it.
The positives: great staff, great location, hotel bar open until 2am, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, the breakfast is fantastic (a huge variety of food).
The negatives: hotel is a bit like taking a step back into 80's decor, the pool had no water in it (it only gets filled in the summer), you absolutely need to have a car (unless you have money for taxi's)
All in all, it was a lovely hotel and I would gladly return. |

| ONLY downside was twin beds only. Otherwise, very nice with good service. |
